I love this belt! I'm only 5'4" and 4" belts are too wide for me. I used one for several months, and it was very distracting and painful to have it pressing on ribs and pelvic bone with every squat and deadlift. It also wasn't doing me much good because it wasn't really supporting me as it should. Then I got the Longhorn Tapered Lever Belt and immediately saw improvement in my lifting. I love the quick release lever too. It makes loosening and tightening between sets super easy!

Have 4 different Titan belts for different lifting occasions. My belts must be perfectly fit and comfortable depending on the lift. I use this for bench pressing heavy (300 and above) and I love it. Hugs my waist and abdomen nicely, doesn't interfere at all with my arching my back and just comfortable thought out the lift. Great belt and product
