Titan THP Knee Wraps

The Titan THP Wraps are outstanding. As far as ordering from LiftingLarge the item came quickly and safely as have all past orders. I had never used knee wraps before as I have always lifted raw in the USAPL, but I signed up for a contest that included a max axle squat and allowed knee wraps, so I ordered these. My best raw squat had been 485 at 220 in contest ( a grinder ) and I ended up squating 530 on the axle only 8 weeks later with plenty of room to spare. They take a few sessions to break in, but provide really intense stopping power. I actually think squatting with them has helped my raw squat as well as weights feel much lighter. I would definitely recommend the THP Wraps and have no hesitation about recommending an order from Lifting Large.

if this is your first time using/buying wraps, do better homework than i did--a) there is no reason to buy 2m wraps UNLESS you're lifting geared in the IPF, and b) these wraps are too stiff for a narrow stance lifter with an acute knee angle in the hole. the 2m version is very difficult to get on by yourself, and they hurt like hell once they're on (i understand they're supposed to hurt). that said, my comments are only relevant if you've never used wraps before and lift raw. from what i gather, the THPs are terrific for geared lifters and/or if you have someone to help you wrap your knees. I bought 3m Titan RPMs and they are night and day better for what i use them for. great service from mike and the lifting large crew as always.

Heavy-duty stiff knee wraps. Probably not for novice lifters (tough to stretch and adapt to during lifting). I'm 148lb lifter with smaller legs/knee joints, and these might take some time to stretch out enough to sufficiently wrap larger leg lifters (at least with the 2m version).

These are somewhat stiffer than the Titaniums so they will trade off some rebound out of the hole for greater support and stopping power. I've found that I need almost 400 to get to depth. More than solid knee wraps I would buy again, go with 2.5 or 3 meters though
