Best single ply that I've tried so far

This bench shirt has more flex and pop at the bottom compared to other Katana shirts. The suit I ordered was a bit loose, but I still got better numbers from it(around 50LB increase).

Super Katana A/S low cut collar review

The angle sleeve gives the shirt a very natural feel like it's working with my form and groove instead of against it but still gives very good carryover. I was able to do 500 full range the first session after raw work fairly easily. My all time best in another type of shirt was 523. Should surpass that soon

Super katana A/S low cut collar

So far i have lifted with the regular super katana. With the new one I lift as much as with the regular one.

Best bench shirt

By far the best single ply bench shirt on the market. If you take your time and your patient using this shirt you will get incredible results. Using boards or a bench block and going down to a one board which could take a month of practice. I recommend most people going with a custom fitted shirt. If your into equipped lifting this is the shirt to go with.
