Spud Strap Loading Pin - Olympic or Standard Plates

This loading pin is awesome for use with hub and pinch grip training. Much easier to load and make quick changes than my metal pins. Shipping was fast, and unlike some other companies, lifting large sent this small item through USpost, so there were no extra custom/brokerage fees! Many other companies will send small items through other shipping companies that charge extra upon delivery for items shipped across the border. Good experience overall, and I will definitely buy from this site in the future.

I use the shorter one on a pulley system at home. It works great and stands up on it's own when I have a plate on it. Not too much say except I'm happy with the quality and feel no need for a metal version which I was considering when getting this one.

Loving this addition to my gym bag. Works great for Belted Squats as an accessory, but the best thing I like is using it in my Sumo Deadlift Stance and just practicing my Speed off the floor with it. Very low back friendly. So it's a great tool to use after Heavy Squats and Dead without adding any more unwanted stress.
