This tool is only for the serious. You can do kneeling abs, towel pull ups with “grip assist”, any seated or upright row or pull down, triceps pushdowns in any direction, overhead, straight down etc…This strap will kick the boring out of any workout! All I can say is PUMP…PUMP...PUMP.

Great Product, Great Company

I like this much better than I thought I would. Found you can move the rubber handle to the inside or outside of the strap. I prefer it on the inside. Very well made, feels good and get a good burn. Definitely buy it if on the fence.
