Every generation strives to make its tools better for the next one coming up and the new and improved Spud Inc Super Econo Tricep Lat Pulley System that is no different. Spud Inc, which pioneered the portable and affordable pulley system over a DECADE AGO, has stepped up to make this best-selling system even better. We did this by moving to a much smoother nylon pulley and reinforced metal housing. We added the iconic Spud Inc emblem cut into the metal to make it spiffy.

Still keeping to the traditional loop cinch knot system, we moved to a nylon cable versus the old pvc cable for added weight capacity while still maintaining the smooth pulley action you see on a machine based system. The one to one pulley system also means you can still lift as heavy as you want without a 200 to 300lb weight stack on a traditional machine based system.

The new Super Econo Tricep/Lat Pulley system is designed to do any upper body exercise you can imagine on a cable machine with the foot print to fit in any home gym or even economical applications in schools, gyms, training studios, or anywhere where space is limited but training is not.

You can also combine it with the Super Econo Lower Body Pulley System to maximize exercises with low cable exercise options.
