Spud Pro Series Ratchet Bench Belt

The Pro Series bench belt is a great tool for helping set your shirt right in the bench. Made out of 2" heavy duty webbing, the bench belt is wide enough to help push your belly up but not so big it is in the way. The ratchet on the Pro Series Bench Belt makes holding a shirt in place or adjusting a shirt much easier than a traditional bench belt. The Pro Series Bench Belt is available in 2 and 3 ply options. The two ply belt is great for holding a shirt down tight and in place for people that don't have a big bench belly. The 3 ply option is better suited for the big guys to push up that big bench belly.

I love this belt. I wanted something that I could wear that could stay on most of the time without cutting into my ribs when I lean over. This does the trick. it looks cool and lots of people ask about it.

Coach

I like the belt much more than the belts I use for squats. This belt is not cumbersome and I never needed to loosen it at the last power lifting meet. I would like to see a little more length on the strap to tighten it.
