Spud Hamstinger and Deluxe Hamstinger

I got the deluxe model of the hamstinger to aid in doing some high hamstring exercises. Ankle bands around the foot or ankle just didn't do the trick. This is an excellent design and highly functional. It opens the door to a bunch of new exercises.

Excellent product. Attaches to the foot with minimal effort and is easy to use. Does not slide off your foot, bare foot or with footwear. Performing the movement standing is the obvious advantage over the traditional leg curl but can also be done lying down. Prompt service, Highly recommended!
