The Spartan Suit, is a pretty good suit I mainly use it for Deadlifting.. it does Provide more than adequate support for Squatting I'm a 600 plus squatter, I use up to those number before I switch. this suit is very good for a entry level or even advanced single ply geared lifter if sized correctly.

Excellent suit

Bought this suit because I wanted the NXG Super Plus fabric but didn't really have the money for a Super Centurion. I prefer a longer leg on my suits, so I sized up and then altered down the straps and the legs/hips pretty substantially. Worked great and I squatted a 33lb PR in competition, 540@194. Many thanks to LiftingLarge for the fast shipping and excellent service.

Good starter suit

I'm 5'9ish average 185lbs. Ordered size 38 which after a few sessions and 1 comp later I believe I needed size 36. Good suit very long at the top so I was basically squatting with straps down. Highly recommend this squat suit for lifters getting into the gear game
