Steadily improving my grip has benefited every one of my lifts, especially deadlift. You can incrementally increase the resistance with ease. Very user friendly. This isn't your grandpap's grip trainer, this was designed by Zeus himself. A must have for any moderate to serious lifter.

This adjustable Hand Gripper is an awesome tool to make your forearms stronger! The only issue is that I paid a high price to receive this tool (about 130$) and still it didn't have any ranch for adjusting. When buying from Ikea they include any necessary tool to setup the furniture in the package as well. And to be honest I totally expected to receive some low quality gear to be included in the package instead of me going to gear shop to spend more money for just adjusting this thing. (this was the reason I gave it 4star instead of 5)
