Returns: USA Only

Returns are accepted up to 30 days after the item(s) have been received.

The buyer is responsible for scheduling and paying for return shipping. We suggest you get a tracking number.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items: Monogrammed or Personalized items, Clearance or Special Order Items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear.

Products must be unused with all original parts/packaging. Products must be clean and chalk or powder-free.
 A $15 cleaning fee could charged on items that are not clean.

A refund will be initiated after the product is received and inspected.
Please allow 1-2 business days for a refund after the item is received.

If a damaged or used item is returned, a partial refund will be applied to reflect the damage/use or missing parts.

Returns Outside the USA

International exchanges work a little differently. You must return the item for a refund and place a new order. Please contact us at [email protected] for details

Exchanges:

Exchanges are accepted up to 30 days after the item has been received.

The product must be in original packaging and re-sellable condition for the exchange to be processed.

ONLY unused items can be accepted for exchange.

If a used item is sent back as an exchange, we will return it to you

The buyer is responsible for the original item return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations:

The buyer is only assessed a cancellation fee if the item has shipped.

Cancellation fees include original shipping and return shipping charges.

We try and ship most items within 24 hours. Please let us know as soon as possible!

Damaged Goods: 

Damaged goods must be noted within 3 days of item receipt.

Alterations:

Alterations on custom suits/shirts must be sent directly to Titan Support Systems with a copy of your receipt. (9830 South Padre Island Drive Corpus Christi, TX 78412).
