20 Inch Kilo Powerlifting Bands

I have several different mini bands are using training. I have the 20 and 41 inch I'm a true believer in bands helping build your strength or use them in a variety of ways benching squatting using with skull crushers. The uses of bands are limitless. I love the bands I got at Lifting Large and highly recommend them to anyone serious about Lifting and strength gains

I use these in my rack and for stretching and believe it or not they make stretching fun! The progressive resistance is way cool and i use them for add in and add out +/-. A must!

had the bands for about a month, so far so good, still bright and sticky, no delamination .

I've purchased and used bands from a couple of other companies and these are far and away the best quality ones I have used. I mainly use them for stretching but do some resistance work with them as well. The service from Lifting Large is second to none as well.

These are nice, sturdy, thick bands. They hold up in my hot garage gym. Just make sure you pay attention to the length before ordering, these are not the super long ones.
