This combo includes: (2) 1/4" cables (each 6'3" long), 2 swivel eye pulleys with attachment loop (weight limit 550 lbs), (1) hamstring deluxe, (1) utility stump strap handle, (1) short triceps/ab strap, (1) 18" strap loading pin, (4) 3/8" spring clips.

Versatile Addition!
I am still saving up for my power rack but just looking at this item with the hi and low pulley system I can envision all the uses I can get out of it. In addition to all the obvious uses, I plan to build a box platform for a make shift belt squat. Again, have not yet put this to use but I see a lot of potential!
