These things feel like the equivalent of a powerlifting belt so expect some discomfort, but they're very supportive. I Bench press with them closer to my hands, and Push Press with them a little further from my hands so I can get my hands back in a better position, they work great for both lifts. I'm locked in and more confident in pressing those heavier weights. Unlike traditional wraps, these are quick to set up and quick to loosen.
