Purchases from are gladly exchanged or refunded up to 30-days from purchase date for. Items must be clean, free of chalk, body odor, and not damaged or altered. Please return your item clean to avoid any cleaning charges. Purchaser is responsible for paying the return shipping costs for the exchanged items. Returns must be in original packaging. Refunds are on merchandise price only (not including shipping).

We cannot accept returns of exchanges on the following items:
Monogrammed or Personalized items
Clearance or Special Order Items
Items damaged through normal wear and tear 

 Alterations on custom suits/shirts must be sent directly to Titan Support Systems with a copy of your receipt. (9830 South Padre Island Drive Corpus Christi, TX 78412). 

No refunds or exchanges on heavy gym equipment (Spud heavy equipment, Wright Rubber, ER -Rack)

International exchanges work a little differently. You must return the item for a refund and place a new order. Please contact us at for details
