Best product ever
If you take powerlifting seriously at all you have to own these. By far this is the best product I have ever purchased. Shoots a clear feeling down to your throat and you become instantly focused. Even though that throat feeling may wear off in a few seconds, you are still able to lift much more.

Ammonia cap review
These things are great, pop it under your nose and inhale deep! Feels like a knife jammed in your nose but it's in a good way. Deffinately gets you super focused for a heavy lift.

Great Product
I tried these for the first time at my last meet and never using them before man can I tell a difference. They instantly perk you up, clear your mind, and get a little rage going for those big lifts. I can tell that you wouldn't want to use these every single day for training but for meets or big pr's in the gym they are great.
