Excellent & Versatile
I love this thing. I use this after back squats to get more work on my quads.
I love not having to maneuver a bar with wrists that are already sore or trying to cross my arm with torn up shoulders.
I've noticed you're a little more forward than if you were holding the bar directly on your shoulders, but in the process, my lower back really gets an extra workout, along with my abs.
The versatility comes from having options in bar placement. The Zercher Squat position is also a nice feature and has really helped build my deadlifts.
It looks pricey, but it's value more than makes up for it, unless you enjoy putting a few hundred pounds directly on your elbow joints, or have Olympic flexibility and the energy to keep the bar high on your shoulders after you're already wasted from your squat workout.
