Small gains add up!
I couldn't seem to get past 365 lbs on the bench and kept missing 370. I picked these up from Lifting Large and started back at 360 lbs. After increasing my max attempts by 0.5 lbs per week I got to 369 lbs after 4-5 months. This helped me nail a new meet PR (352.5 lbs paused)
Progress, no matter how small or slow, is progress! These are definitely worth trying.
