Power and Protection!

This is my first mouthpiece and was apprehensive of trying them. The studies are there, and I wanted to benefit from the added strength but did not know if I was going to be comfortable with it. I also am finding with the heavier the weight, I need to protect my teeth from the clenching. Forming the guard was easy to do and only took a few minutes. Make sure you do not put the guard too far back in your mouth or it will feel like a lot. There is more give then I expected when you bite down during lifts. It has taken some time to get used to but I am benefitting tremendously. As I get even more comfortable I expect my lifts to explode. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for added strength in a really simple way and protect your teeth!

Second to none.

This is the best mouthguard for strength athletes. Sits comfortably on the lower jaw making it easier to talk while wearing it. Has a fair bit of give when you bite down which seems to give more power. I have used a couple others and this seems to be the best.
