Detailed Description
This time Mark Bell, who writes as "JackAss" for elitefts.com, takes a humorous
and informative look at his team's bench press training. Mark discusses each
lifter's technique and describes the team’s approach to implementing Louie
Simmons' Westside Method. Formed in 2005, members of Sacramento-based Team Super
Training represent a variety of weight classes, ages and experience levels. The
DVD is 96 minutes long and was shot in widescreen by Jim McDonald (credited in
the documentaries Power Unlimited and Bigger Stronger Faster* ) and Bell.
