Kilo's gym is a 700 Square foot powerlifting key gym. We are located in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Right now we have a core of  9 serious powerlifters. We have 2 IPF world champions ( Teale Adelmann, Bill Helmich).

 

The gym is stocked with powerlifting equipment and accessories: Crepinsek Mono power rack, Reverse hyper, Glute ham bench, Combo rack, Ivanko plates, Ivanko bar, Okie deadlift bar, 2 texas power bars, safety squat bar, buffalo bar, trap bar, Q-bar, jump stretch platform, loads of bands and chains, Kettlebells, sleds, farmers walk handles, DB's to 140lbs, 4000lbs of free weight and even treadmill for cutting weight.

 

The gym is a key gym and we just don't give anybody a key.  The cost is $15 a month. The gym is accessible 7 days a week from 6:30am till 8pm.
