Back Magic
Increase your bench arch and shorten your stroke. Shortening your stroke results in an increased bench press. Teale has used this for the last 2 years to increase her arch by almost 1-1/2 inches. 3 adjustable positions.

I was amazed how much this helped my bench set up. I also used this to relieve tension in my back- but the best thing about this is how much it helps your arch. Definitely worth investing in.
