They are not worth the cost
I have now used these on bench and squat so I could review. First off mine are all silver, aluminum looking and not the color of picture or as shown in videos under product description. They are light weight but seem like they can handdle at least 100lbs on each. There was some leftover machined metal in holes which was annoying at price point. On bench they seem to work just fine, find right height, add weight and you are pretty much good to go. When I used them on the squat I worked up to 505+45lbs per releaser for a eccentric weight of 595. I had them set to the very last hole to make them longer rather than shorter and I still found I had to go ATG to get them to release. Is it good that they can get you used to going beyond parallel? Sure, but I would like that as an option. Bottom line is they are not long enough in my opinion. I am 6'1 and a 1/2" tall and 312lbs for reference. I will need to put rubber mats underneath to make them work at additionaal height settings. Also the pins that slide into the hole when selecting height adjustments constantly wiggle free and have to be checked every time you use them. This is really a $50.00 accessory. They are overpriced. Seems like other options are also around $200 or more and I think that these companies are taking advantage of a niche market.
