These specially developed knee bands are not your typical elbow sleeves, knee sleeves, knee supporters or knee braces. When you wear them, you know you have something that will protect your knees and elbows from injuries. After you have used them in your training and remove them, your knees or elbows will feel as if they are well lubricated and feel like new. Your knees and elbows will actually be sweating and HOT. Sizing:
Small up to 130lbs or a joint measuring 11-13 7/8 in. knee or elbow
Medium 130lbs to 250lbs or a joint measuring 14-17 in. knee or elbow
Large over 250 pounds or a joint measuring 17+ in. knee or elbow
