Rating Excellent & Versatile
I love this thing. I use this after back squats to get more work on my quads. I love not having to maneuver a bar with wrists that are already sore or trying to cross my arm with torn up shoulders. I've noticed you're a little more forward than if you were holding the bar directly on your shoulders, but in the process, my lower back really gets an extra workout, along with my abs. The versatility comes from having options in bar placement. The Zercher Squat position is also a nice feature and has really helped build my deadlifts. It looks pricey, but it's value more than makes up for it, unless you enjoy putting a few hundred pounds directly on your elbow joints, or have Olympic flexibility and the energy to keep the bar high on your shoulders after you're already wasted from your squat workout. Highly recommended.

Order shipped perfectly! This company is very reliable, and has excellent customer service. I have since recommended it to my friends and training partners will definitely do business with Lifting Large in the future. Also the harness rocks, been using it for a month or so now and hit a PR of 405@209 body weight. Excellent tool for squat and dead-lift assistance. If you really want to challenge yourself try performing a 20 rep front squat with it.

Questions and Answers
Q: Looks nice, but wondering what it is like to have to bail the bar during a rep failure? Can you dump the bar at least as easy as doing a standard front squat?

A: I have done such a thing with the bar on the top pegs. It came right off and I did not go to the floor. I now do them in the power rack with the safetys set to catch it if I fail
