I'm new to gear, and a bought these along with the Inzer Power Pants, since I read good reviews for these two pieces. They were my first 2 pieces of gears. I use the briefs alone. I am 155 lb and was looking to use during training, so I initially bought these in the WS 36, but they were too uncomfortable around the thighs, so I got the 38s. They are pretty easy to get on and don't fee uncomfortable. However, I don't feel much support coming from these as I do from the Power pants. I squat the same amount wearing these... However, I may not be wearing them correctly.

I got these to wear under my Squat and deadlift suits for Competitions. The sizing Chart seems to be spot on. The very first couple of time to get on are a workout in themselves. If they are not hard to get on at first. They are to big and won't give much if any support. I weight 198 and have Size 40 WS. They work great for Sumo Pulls and any squat with shoulder width or wider stance. I use these when my hips feel beat up or when a Meet is comping up.

Titan Centurion narrow/regular stancd boxer briefs
My first piece of equipment. Sizing chart and fit guidelines are very accurate. I went for a 40 and weigh around 185 lbs. The briefs are tight, but aren't too hard to get on by myself. Groove of my squat changes slightly with a tight belt, with the briefs pulling me back a little but nothing extreme. Probably add 35-50 lbs to my squat without even being familiar with the groove. Really good carryover to my sumo pull though, probably 40-60 lbs or more. Very pleased, these will be a great addition to my raw training. Mike providing top notch service and great value as usual.
