2010 Sponsorship Contest Entry Form & Questionnaire

1 male lifter and 1 female lifter will be awarded sponsorship from three lift powerlifting entrants
AND
1 male lifter and 1 female lifter will be awarded sponsorship from bench only entrants

This contest is open to any lifter regardless of federation, affiliation or location in the world. The sponsorship term will be February 1^st 2010 through December 31^st 2010. The sponsored male and female lifter in powerlifting and bench only will be chosen on about January 20th 2010 and the entry deadline is January 15th.

Powerlifting winners:

Liftinglarge.com and Titan Support systems will provide 1 male lifter and 1 female lifter in powerlifting the following items for sponsorship. 2 stock size Super Centurion squat suits or 1 stock sized Boss suit, 2 stock size Titan bench press shirts or 1 stock sized 2 ply shirt, 2 pair of Titan knee wraps, 2 pair of Titan wrist wraps, 2 bottles of Titan power wash , LiftingLarge.com t-shirts, Titan t-shirts and 1 box of lifting chalk.  Sponsorship valued at over $900

Bench only winners:

Liftinglarge.com and Titan Support systems will provide 1 male lifter and 1 female lifter in powerlifting the following items for sponsorship. Two stock size bench shirts ( single or double ply) . 2 pair Titan wrist wraps, 1 Titan singlet, 1 pair Titan suit slip-ons, 2 bottles Titan power wash, 1 box of chalk, Liftinglarge.com and titan t-shirts. Sponsorship valued at over $600

Liftinglarge.com will determine the 4 winners of this contest based on the entries received and the entrant’s devotion to the sport of powerlifting, their desire to excel and promote the sport. The winners will not be judged solely on the amount of weight lifted or their level of success thus far in the sport. The winners will also be determined on their ability and willingness to represent LiftingLarge.com and Titan Support Systems for the year of 2010. Winners must also agree to have their pictures or likeness posted on the LiftingLarge.com website. LiftingLarge.com and Titan Support Systems reserves the right to break the sponsorship agreement if they agree that the lifter or lifters are not acting in the best interest of the 2 companies. Winners will be contacted via email and have their names posted on the LiftingLarge.com website and forum.
